WSU Global Campus Has Partnered With TimelyCare
WSU Global Campus S&A fee-paying students now have FREE, 24/7 access to virtual care services with TimelyCare — the virtual health and well-being platform designed for college students. Students do not need insurance to access TimelyCare services.
How do I get services?
Go to our TimelyCare homepage or directly download the TimelyCare app from the app store to register with their school email address. Then you can start visits from any web-enabled device – smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop – anywhere in the United States.
What is included?
As part of WSU Global Campus’ partnership with TimelyCare, S&A fee-paying students have access to FREE services in TimelyCare, including:
- TalkNow: 24/7, on-demand emotional support to talk about anything, including anxiety,
relationships, depression, and school-related stressors. - Scheduled Counseling: Choose the day, time, and mental health provider that works best
for you. (12 visits per year) - Self-Care Content: Visit the Self-Care tab for 24/7 access to tools and resources, such as
meditation and yoga sessions, helpful videos, and short articles from experts. - Peer Community: An anonymous and judgment-free space where you can connect with, react to, and support other students going through similar situations.

You may also access up to 12 scheduled virtual counseling appointments per year (renewing every August 1st).
With TimelyCare, you will have free, 24/7 access to providers from anywhere in the United States, regardless of your insurance status. So you don’t have to spend time and money searching for care wherever you happen to be.
