About Us
The Associated Students of Washington State University Global (ASWSUG) is the official student body government for WSU’s Global Campus, proudly serving remote students since 1998. Founded to support distance learners when coursework was delivered by mail, we have evolved into a diverse, student-led executive board dedicated to representation, advocacy, and connection. Today, ASWSUG remains committed to ensuring that every Global Campus student feels heard, supported, and empowered—regardless of location.
Our executive board of eight student leaders, each focusing on key support areas, aims to amplify WSU Global students’ voices by promoting inclusive leadership, providing resources, and creating opportunities for engagement with the university community. We strive to ensure students have meaningful campus representation, especially where online voices are often overlooked.
