National Student Clearinghouse Enrollment Verification

Washington State University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as its agent for enrollment verification. The information provided by the National Student Clearinghouse is based on official Washington State University enrollment records.

At any time, current, former, and future WSU Global Campus students can access the National Student Clearinghouse Student Self-Service Site with their WSU network ID and password and obtain enrollment information for:

Scholarships
Good student discounts
Insurance
Military

Official Transcripts

To order an Official Student Transcript, visit the WSU Registrar’s Order Student Transcript site.

Official Statement Request Form

For other requests, such as an enrollment statement on letterhead, a document from a third party signed by the WSU Global Campus Registrar, or other official statement, complete the Official Statement Request Form. Please allow three business days to process your request.

Note: This form is for WSU Global Campus students only. If you are not a WSU Global Campus student, you can access the Official Statement Request Form for your campus via the WSU Registrar’s Office Enrollment Verification site.
