Submit Your Photo

If you chose to include a photo for use in the commencement ceremony when you registered and haven’t done so yet, please visit the Global Campus Media Transfer site to upload your photo. Include “Global commencement photo” in the subject line of your email. Your filename should include your first and last names and the word “photo.”

Please submit your photo by April 22, 2024.

Cancel/Change Participation

If you would like to cancel your participation in commencement or switch between attending virtually or in person, please notify us by email at global.connections@wsu.edu.

Commencement T-Shirt/Sweatshirt

A commencement t-shirt and sweatshirt will be available through an online pop-up store, open April 24 through May 8. Once the online store opens, those who are registered for commencement will receive an email with a link to the store and a special promo code valued at $20.

Shirts will include the names of all graduates participating in commencement. If you’d like to remove your name from the shirt, email global.connections@wsu.edu by April 22 to opt out.
