For the fifth year in a row, the Carson College of Business is teaming up with the WSU Alumni Association and Brazen Technologies to host this exciting event on September 24 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm PT. Participants will connect directly with top employers with open career opportunities from the comfort of their home, office, smartphone or tablet. It couldn’t be easier!

GoinGlobal is an international job-seeking tool, which all WSU students can access, and the goal of GoinGlobal is to help clarify cultural norms in job searches, application materials, interviews, networking behavior, and also hosts a robust database of employers in different countries looking for international applicants.

Additionally, for international students interested in pursuing employment in compliance with their Visa status, it provides a helpful city database for H1B work permit applications to help clarify potential employers that are likely to be experienced in hiring international applicants.

WSU Everett is holding its first career fair on Wednesday, September 18 from 10 am – 4 pm on the WSU Everett campus. Global Campus students are invited to attend the career fair to network and possibly interview with employers. Attendance is free for students. Curious about opportunities with Deloitte in Audit & Assurance, Tax, or Risk & Financial Advisory? Deloitte Seattle is hosting virtual office hours, so students can chat with Seattle campus recruiters and ask any questions ahead of the fall recruiting season. Feel free to stop by at any time during the two hour window. You can access online office hours via computer or smart phone.

On Wednesday, August 28, representatives from JPMorgan Chase will share information with students interested in international business opportunities in Asia, through a free online session. If you are interested in starting your career in one of the fastest growing regions or hearing from employees who studied overseas and returned to Asia to join a rapidly expanding business, then don’t miss this valuable networking opportunity. Find out what it’s like to work in this region and how it compares to other locations. They will also discuss the interview process and share tips for international job applications.

United Parcel Service’s (UPS) Integrated Talent Acquisition team will be hosting a Summer Fun Information Session (virtual event across the nation) on Tuesday, July 30th from 10:00 – 11:00 am PT in a Zoom virtual platform. This event will give students and recent graduates a chance to find out more about UPS opportunities in various professional fields with the click of a button. Some of the target areas are engineering, supply chain solutions, marketing, IT, customer solutions, corporate sales, and other professional roles. Students could also be directed to another division of UPS if their interests lie outside of these specialties. Students looking for internships and full-time entry-level opportunities should attend.

Public Health Virtual Education Fair – July 10, 2019 – WSU Global Campus students who are interested in public health programs are invited to connect with recruiters in a free online platform. This free online event runs throughout the day (5:00 am to 6:00 pm PT) and features public health schools throughout the nation.
