President
The ASWSU Global President serves as the primary representative and advocate for the needs of the entire Global Campus student body to faculty, staff, administration, community groups, and within the Washington State University System.

The ASWSU Global Vice President serves as the secondary representative and advocate for the needs of the entire Global Campus student body to faculty, staff, administration, community groups, and within the Washington State University System.

Events and Logistics
The Director of Events and Logistics is the point of contact for all events that ASWSUG hosts and sponsors throughout the year. They will maintain the coordination and communication of all things events from conceptualizing, planning, hosting, and follow up.

Legislative Liaison
The ASWSU Global Legislative Liaison serves as the student lobbyist and liaison for the needs of the entire Global Campus student body to local, state, national, community groups and within the Washington State University System.

Academic Affairs
The Director of Academic Affairs will handle advocacy and other efforts related to academic affairs. This includes chairing the advocacy committee, advocating for student interests, working with administration and faculty/staff to further students’ academic interests.

Communication and Compliance
The Director of Communications and Compliance will ensure ASWSUG, and its programs and initiatives are visible and are responsible for overseeing all external communication to students, the campus community, and the WSU System.

Diversity and Equity
The Director of Diversity and Equity will ensure ASWSUG, and its programs and initiatives are aligned with the needs of ALL students. The focus of this role is to identify ways in which WSU Global Campus can maintain diversity and equity within the WSU Global system and strive to level the playing field for students who have been historically underrepresented and overlooked.

Finance
The Director of Finance oversees all financial aspects of the organization, including issuing approvals, conducting financial assessments, monitoring the budget, generating monthly reports, and establishing the yearly budget.

Promotions
The Director of Promotion serves as the organizer and promoter of events using ASWSUG social media platforms, including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Discord, Reddit, Presence, ect. The Director of Promotions is also in charge of creating all promotional materials for our newsletter, social media, and swag items.
