ASWSU GLobal Meetings
Want to expand your network, add extracurricular activities to your resume and grad school applications, and make a difference for your fellow Coug community? There are numerous ways to get involved with ASWSU! Most of the magic starts with a meeting, and we welcome students to pitch their ideas, ask questions, and collaborate with the ASWSU Global team!
For previous meeting minutes, recordings, and other documents, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Get involved with WSU Global Campus! ASWSU Global meetings are a great way to share your input, participate in leadership activities, ask questions, and meet other students.
Official ASWSU Global business, including the passage of bills and resolutions, takes place during bimonthly meetings. Committee meetings are typically more informal and occur once each month.
The purpose of the Diversity Committee is to bring together members of our global campus community who are engaged in diversity and inclusion initiatives and willing to share ideas to close the diversity gap in and reach out to historically underrepresented groups including Persons of Color, LGBTQ+ community, socio-economically disadvantaged, and more. The committee will meet on the last Friday of every month to discuss, communicate and create collaborations in ongoing and upcoming initiatives and events that support the goal of enhancing the environment for diversity, inclusion and equity across our global campus community.
The Students Events and Activities Committee helps successfully complete programs for the student body. The idea of this committee is to hear what students want and need, and to deliver them in the form of various events. WSU Global has a wide range of students from various backgrounds, ages, and cities across the globe, and it is our job to effectively host events that adhere to their needs.
This committee is in charge of creating and providing different types of resources to all Global Campus students. One of our main goals is to help students who have some kind of limitation to overcome it and be successful in their studies.
