Town Hall

Saturday, October 17 at 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. PT

ASWSUG is hosting the first of several Town Hall events in person at the WSU Everett Campus and online with YouTube and Zoom simulcast. Town Hall brings Global Campus students together, wherever you are, to access resources, hear directly from university leadership, and share feedback about the issues that matter most to you, strengthening transparency and communication between students, student government, and WSU leadership. Student feedback gathered through the event will help inform future advocacy efforts, initiatives, and policy development. Global Campus students are encouraged to attend, participate in the discussion, and take advantage of the resources available at the event.

Want to attend in-person? Travel grants are available! Visit the Connections website for more information.

Want to stay home and participate from your phone or computer? Great! We will simulcast on YouTube and Zoom with live chat.

ASWSUG Weekly Meetings

Want to expand your network, add extracurricular activities to your resume and grad school applications, and make a difference for your fellow Coug community? There are numerous ways to get involved with ASWSUG. Most of the magic starts with a meeting, and we welcome students to pitch their ideas, ask questions, and collaborate with the ASWSUG team!

Executive Meeting - ASWSU Global Campus

ASWSUG Executive Board Meetings

Tuesdays at 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. PT

The ASWSUG Executive Board cordially invites students to attend our weekly executive meeting. Unless otherwise indicated, we meet every Tuesday via Zoom from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. PT. We encourage you to stop in and learn more about what your student government is working on! Open to all WSU students, staff, and alumni.

During each Executive Board meeting, we hold an Open Discussion, which serves as our student office hours. This is a chance for students to ask questions, share feedback, and connect directly with their ASWSUG representatives. We’re always looking for ways to better serve our community, and this space gives students a voice in shaping that work.

Have a question you’d like addressed during Open Discussion? Submit it here.

Please visit our ASWSUG Executive Board page on Involve and scroll down to RSVP to our Executive Board meetings. Meeting minutes and agendas are accessible on the ASWSUG Executive Board’s documents page.
