Request Official Transcripts

It may take a little effort to contact your past colleges and universities, but it will be worth it!
To complete your application to WSU…
Request official transcripts from each institution you have attended. Have the institutions submit them directly to our Admissions Office by one of the following methods:
Option 1: Submit Transcripts by Mail
Washington State University
Office of Admissions
P.O. Box 641067
Pullman, WA 99164-1067
Option 2: Submit Transcripts Electronically via Secure Document Transfer
WSU accepts transcripts via Parchment, e-ScriptSafe, and National Student Clearinghouse.
Note: If your institution’s transcript order form asks you for our email address, please check with them to ensure that the transcript will be sent by secure document transfer and not by email. Emailed transcripts are not official, and are not accepted by WSU.
Pro Tip: Transcripts may take several days to process. If you are unsure which transcripts have been received by WSU, log in to your FutureCoug Portal at futurecoug.wsu.edu/status using the Network ID and password that you previously created. Scroll down until you see your “Application Checklist” to view your incomplete items. If your transcript was sent more than two weeks ago and has not yet been updated on your FutureCoug Portal, please contact our admissions team.
