To help you plan, our Estimated Cost of Attendance<\/a> page provides estimates for additional costs like books, supplies, and living expenses. Check it out to get a full picture of what to expect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tuition is based on your campus of admission. Be sure to select WSU Global Campus in the cost estimator. Summer tuition is the same at all WSU campuses.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Financial Aid and Scholarships<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Financial aid is available for those who qualify. Students should make sure to complete the appropriate financial aid application<\/a> and the WSU General Scholarship Application<\/a> every year.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Veterans Benefits<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you have question about using veterans benefits, please contact the Office of Veterans Affairs at 509-335-1234 or\u202fveterans@wsu.edu<\/a>. You can also visit our\u202fGlobal Campus Military and Veterans page<\/a>\u202fand the\u202fWSU Veterans Affairs website<\/a>\u202ffor more information.\u202f Students who are receiving veteran benefits, should also complete the FAFSA and WSU General Scholarship Application to maximize their aid opportunities.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Washington State Employees<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

WSU’s online courses are not included in the employee tuition waiver program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Textbooks<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Many courses have required textbooks. Students typically order textbooks online from WSU’s bookstore, The Bookie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Media Rental Fees<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Many courses have required media or other course materials (e.g., Media Online, DVDs, CDs). Media provided by WSU will be charged to students’ accounts to be paid with tuition. Some courses may require students to obtain certain titles by renting them from a local outlet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lab Kit Fees<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Some courses have lab kits that will be automatically sent to you when you register for a course. Do not return opened lab kits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fees for media and lab kits are listed in the WSU Online course descriptions and are charged to students’ accounts to be paid with WSU tuition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proctoring Fees<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Some courses may require you to take proctored exams, which are exams taken under the supervision of an acceptable proctor. Students will pay $6 per ProctorU session for exams hosted in Canvas. There are a small number of exams hosted in third-party platforms, and the fee for those will be $11 per ProctorU session. On-site proctors may charge a fee to the student. When contacting an on-site proctor, students should ask about a fee. If a course has exams that require a proctor, it will be noted in the syllabus.\u00a0Additional information about proctored exams.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

WSU Writing Portfolio Fees<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Global Campus students completing the WSU Writing Portfolio will be assessed $50.00 from the WSU Writing Programs for the costs associated with administering the portfolio.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
