Wondering how to submit an assignment? Check your grades? Send email? Take a test? Blackboard Learn has all those answers and more in 24 short videos. Check the video playlist on YouTube.
Blackboard supports mobile use on both Android and Apple. Find instructions and links to download the free app at the How to Use Mobile Learn Page. Once the app is downloaded, search for "Washington State University Blackboard Learn." (If you search for simply “Washington State University,” you’ll get the app for the previous system, Angel.)
Blackboard has excellent social media tools that let you create a profile, chat with classmates outside the course space, and create a space for a study group or project. Here’s a brief video explaining those options.
For a menu of support options, including technical help and disability accommodations, visit our student support page.
To join the Blackboard alerts email list and receive notifications about service outages, visit lists.wsu.edu/join.php and select Blackboard-alerts from the drop-down menu. A history of Blackboard outages is also available at this link.
