        Below are the cost estimates you requested for live captioning ASWSUG meetings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Note: I am not sure if these meetings span 12 months, but that is the time period I have included for the total estimate per year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        2 monthly meetings, each 1.5 hours long
        3 hours per month @ $105 per hour
        Live captioning cost = $315 per month, and $3,780 over 12 months<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Weekly meetings, each 45 mins to an hour long
        4 hours per month @ $105 per hour
        Live captioning cost = $420 per month, and $5,040 over 12 months<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        4 monthly meetings, 1 hour each
        4 hours per year @ $105 per hour
        Live captioning cost = $105 per month, and $420 over 12 months<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Not sure if you need this, but I have included below two additional cost estimate for meetings that occur once a month for 1 hour or 1.5 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Spring Meeting Updates<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        Hello everyone! It’s hard to believe that we are 2\/3 of the way through fall semester already! With all of the upcoming holidays, I wanted to let you all know that we will be taking a few extended breaks (YAY). The week of Thanksgiving we will be taking a break as well as the week of Christmas, New Years, and the following week. For reference that is: 11\/22 – 11\/29 and 12\/20 – 1\/10<\/strong>. After Thanksgiving break, back in-office date is 11\/30. Winter break back in office date is 1\/11<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        We have an exec meeting scheduled for 12\/2, the Wednesday back from Thanksgiving break. THIS IS OUR SECOND TO LAST EXEC MEETING OF THE SEMESTER!<\/strong> For this meeting you will not be required to submit a report, but will instead give a verbal report. With that said, although we will be having these long breaks, everyone is expected to tie up any loose ends and finish time-sensitive projects\/tasks first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        If you have items that you need to put on the three upcoming agendas, please start pushing those through to Heather, Tessa, and I so we can get it on there. It’s crunch time, people!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        This last part is what I really need all your input on; Heather and I have been discussing transitioning from 2 monthly meetings, to 4 meetings per month, which would be nearly weekly. This prospective change would not begin until spring semester, in January and continue through to the end of the year. Our meetings would then be 1 hour (possibly less) instead of 1.5 hours. We would also stop requiring everyone to do weekly check-in’s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The reason for this proposed change is to create a more communal environment where we do not go long periods of time without meeting, allow for faster movement of business items, and to strengthen team communication. During the spring we will have a lot of business to discuss like: Coug Day, Summit, Commencement and graduation, and selection as well as transition and training of a new team. My hope is that with weekly meetings we will all be able to work together on these tasks in a timely manner and keep everyone on the same page through all these changes and decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        This change is not yet set in stone! Please discuss below in the replies section letting me know your thoughts on this matter!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
