      Meeting Format<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Going forward, director reports will be limited to two minutes each. It is expected that directors should be communicating with each other outside of the executive meetings, and that they read the director reports prior to meetings as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Honor Society Reimbursement Reinstatement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Tabled until next meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Pay for CC for Recorded Executive Meetings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Currently, recorded executive meetings are in the vault. We will have to pay for it out of our current budget, but it will not come out of reimbursements. It is only for recorded executive meetings (not events).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Discussion on RAA Committee Applicants<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Ten applicants have applied, and the committee will have five people. During the meeting, the ASWSUG team has gone through the candidates and their applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Structural ASWSUG Changes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Since Alma resigned, ASWSUG will be dissolving the Marketing and Innovation position and replacing it with Director of Diversity position. Chelsea\u2019s position will be changing to Director of Student Events and Promotion. Director of Resources position is already up on the website and will closed October 16th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Approval for September 16th and October 7th meeting minutes tabled until next meeting on October 21st.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Reports<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      President\u2019s Report<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      We\u2019ve onboarded Nigeria onto the team! In addition, Gina has been going through the RAA and open director of applications. In addition, bylaws are finished. Going forward, will be focusing on programs for students and addressing food insecurity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Vice President\u2019s Report<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      Absent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Director of Legislative Affairs Report<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      Working on bill proposal (since nixed). Will be submitting bill proposals for<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Proposed budget reduction for childcare subsidy has gone through the House and will be advocating to have this taken out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Reformatting legislative agenda by federal, state, and university level with an emphasis on diversity efforts (people of color, people with disabilities, people that are disadvantaged, etc), particularly removing elitism from within the university and change in class materials to focus less on European-centric curriculum. Senator Randall will be trying to help get face time with legislators as much as COVID policies will allow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Director of Resources, Equity, and Inclusion Report<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      Director of Finance Report<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      Director of Student Events and Programming Report<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      Trivia Night on October 1st, though we were surprised at the amount of registrants that registered but did not show up. Yoga Night is October 11th. Social Media push for Halloween during the last week of October (Pet Photo Dress Up Contest \u2014 everyone that participates will win a prize). Next thing after that is cooking night, and we will be sponsoring Veteran\u2019s Day Bingo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Director of Diversity Report<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      Director of Communication and Compliance Report<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      Worked on email communications in the last few weeks. In addition, I got data from Vicki about our previous email sends, and I will be working on trying to increase engagement. I am also reached out to student involvement about getting involved with the registered student organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
