This is a developing and evolving leadership role designed to strengthen how ASWSUG gathers, organizes, and applies student feedback to advocacy, budgeting, and strategic planning. Working closely with the President and other roles as listed, the Director of Assessment ensures that Global Campus student voices are systematically collected and translated into accessible, actionable summaries. This may include being the point-of-contact for departmental collaborators, such as Wellbeing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Designs and administers student feedback tools, including surveys and listening-session instruments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establishes structured timelines for assessment cycles, particularly during Fall and Early Spring planning periods. Reports all findings to the President.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Data Collection &amp; Reporting<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Analyzes survey results and student feedback<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Translates findings into clear executive summaries, data visuals, and presentation-ready materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provides monthly assessment reports at Executive Board meetings on current work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintains organized documentation of instruments, datasets, and reports to support longitudinal tracking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Budget &amp; Proposal Development Collaboration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborates with the President and Director of Finance during budgeting season (typically November\u2013January) to provide assessment data supporting S&amp;A proposals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participates in structured proposal development meetings with Executive leadership by meeting regularly with team members and the President.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contributes assessment insight to strategic planning discussions and institutional reporting efforts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ethical Data Stewardship &amp; Compliance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Maintains ethical data practices in alignment with university privacy standards and applicable FERPA guidelines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensures secure storage of assessment materials in approved shared systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Raises concerns related to data governance or student privacy to the Advisor or President<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Organizational Development &amp;
