This role is responsible for developing and executing a strategic social media plan that expands ASWSUG\u2019s reach, increases student engagement, and strengthens visibility across platforms. Growth<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and lead ASWSUG\u2019s social media growth strategy across all official platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish a defined posting cadence aligned with engagement goals and organizational priorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create platform-specific strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) that expand reach beyond passive followers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify innovative ways to increase student interaction, visibility, and digital presence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a consistent organizational voice that reflects ASWSUG\u2019s advocacy, engagement, and leadership priorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Content Creation &amp; however, <strong>occasional fully funded travel within Washington State may be necessary<\/strong> to support ASWSUG\u2019s digital engagement strategy.
