WSU Online’s criminal justice program prepares students for careers as federal marshals, state police officers, and corrections officers. Other graduates go on to law school or work in the corporate security field.
WSU’s award-winning faculty members focus on problem-driven research, and routinely lend their expertise to a broad range of local, state, and national government agencies and nongovernmental groups. Their real-world experience enriches their courses and prepares students for successful careers in the criminal justice field.
The program was founded in 1943 and is the second oldest continuous criminal justice program in the nation.
