For help with your Network ID and/or password:
You must call the WSU IT Help Desk at 800-608-3839 or 509-335-HELP (4357) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (PT), Monday through Friday.
For immediate assistance with all other technical issues:
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (PT)
Call the IT Help Desk at 800-608-3839 and a technical support staff person will attempt to solve your problem or direct your help request to the appropriate person. Staff are NOT able to answer questions about course content or procedures (e.g., assignments, grades). - At all other times
Call toll-free 866-588-3191. Technical support staff are available whenever the DDP office is closed.
Reporting non-urgent technical problems
If you experience technical problems that are not concerning an urgent matter, please send an e-mail to the WSU IT Help Desk.
NOTE: These support requests are only monitored during normal business hours; if you submit a request after 5:00 p.m. (PT), it will not be read until the next business day. This could create a significant delay in addressing and resolving your technical issue(s). For more immediate assistance (e.g., exam issues, Angel access problems) please follow the instructions above regarding telephone support.
