Returning spring or summer semester rental media?
Spring/Summer 2009 Return Information

Fall 2009/Spring 2010 Rental Media Return Information

Rental media is the property of Washington State University and must be returned to DDP upon dropping, withdrawing, or completing the course.

  • Students who complete or withdraw from a course must return rental media within four weeks after the end of the term; students who drop must return rental media within two weeks after the drop deadline. See Media Return Deadlines below for exact dates.
  • Media received by DDP after the deadline will result in a late fee of one original rental fee. Example: If the rental fee is $60.00, the late fee is $60.00.
    • Unsure of your original rental fee? You can view the fee on your student account in myWSU. (Select Finances/Accounts/View activity)
  • If you receive a grade of “incomplete” in a course, you may keep the media while you are working to complete the course without incurring additional charges, but media must be returned upon completing or withdrawing from the course to avoid late fees.
  • Do not return opened or used lab kits to DDP
  • Do not return textbooks to DDP
