Request a CougarCard

Students who have been fully admitted to the WSU Distance Degree Programs may request a Washington State University CougarCard. Log in to myDDP and select CougarCard from the Quick Links.

NOTE: Your CougarCard will not include your picture unless you attach a head and shoulders photo as an electronic file in one of the formats listed on the form.

Your CougarCard will be issued as soon as possible after receiving your request. CougarCards are valid for five years and may entitle you to special benefits and savings depending on the area in which you live.

If you lose your DDP CougarCard, you can request a replacement card also using the form below with payment of a $10.00 replacement fee. The CougarCard Center will notify you upon receipt of your replacement request and discuss payment options.
