If you wish to change your campus to the Distance Degree Programs (DDP), please be aware of the following:
- Completing this form does not guarantee you will be admitted to DDP.
- You must confirm that the degree you seek is available through DDP. See Degrees & Certificates.
- You must have at least 27 semester credits and no more than 109 semester credits to transfer to DDP.
- If you are approved for admission to DDP, you relinquish your space at your current WSU campus.
- You are required to pass an online advising orientation before you will be advised and be able to register for DDP classes.
- If you were academically deficient at the end of the last term you attended, you will need to go through the reinstatement process with DDP before your change of campus can be completed. Note: Reinstatement conditions and forms are campus specific. Academic Deficiency and Reinstatement Process
- It is your responsibility to contact the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships if you have applied for, or been awarded, financial aid and scholarships.
